We ate the veggie quesadilla on our trip. They were sold out for the day but they still accommodated us. And oh man, that was THE BEST QUESADILLA we have ever had. A must visit if you are visiting Seward :)

This little food truck kicks out some delicious food. If you’re looking for Mexican food when you’re in Seward, definitely make this little stop. The food was hot and very tasty. It was lunchtime and they were pretty busy but kicked out our food pretty fast. I highly recommend the quesobarilla plate, it’s their special!

I enjoyed a steak burrito in the flamingo outdoor area. This was your basic burrito, it was hot and fresh. I added the salsa serrano. The salsa was unusual, it was neither dippable nor pourable. I used a fork to spread it on the burrito. It added some flavor. Overall, this was a decent meal at a reasonable (for Seward) price, eaten in the sunshine while staring down Mt. Marathon. I'll eat here again.
